For two weeks, topics related to climate change will take over Chile, drawing the world's attention to our country.
For the first time, Chile will host this event and expects the arrival of more than 20,000 people including politicians, representatives of non-governmental organizations, academics, businessmen and civil society.
As the host, Chile is receiving all possible cooperation to make this global gathering a historic event for the country.
Volunteers are essential in international events: they are involved in the organization of the event, they are a great source of information, they provide great support to participants and create a unique atmosphere making everyone feel at home.
If you enjoy teamwork, getting to know different cultures and new experiences, and you like challenges, the COP25 is a great opportunity. Be part of the volunteers team that will participate in the pre-sessional meetings between November 26 and December 1 and then in the negotiations between December 2 and 13 when more than 30 leaders are expected to arrive in Santiago.
If you are interested in becoming a COP 25 volunteer, keep an eye out for the application requirements that will be published within the next few weeks.
